The rock art of La Palma is unique in the world. We visit stations full of spirals and other geometric shapes that the Awara have written in stone. We will discover its meaning in a magical route under the stars, in which you will know the worldview of the Canarian aborigines.

Information

  • Meeting place: Santo Domingo de Garafía. (Optional Puntagorda)

  • Meeting time: The starting time will depend on the sunset. Check the schedule on our calendar.

  • Includes: Route accompanied by Official Starlight Guide, interpretation of the sky and rock engravings. Souvenir night photography. If you wish for € 15 extra, at the end of the route you can enjoy a simple aperitif with local products (glass of wine, cheese, bread, ...).

  • Does not include: Transportation.

  • Rules and conditions: The courtesy waiting time is 15 minutes. Please calculate in advance the duration of the journey by car to the meeting point. After the courtesy time, we begin the activity.

  • MINIMUM GROUP: 4 people.

  • We recommend you bring: Warm clothing and footwear suitable for walking, poles, flashlight and water.

  • IMPORTANT: Activity subject to current weather conditions, being able to suspend that same afternoon or change the place or day of the route.

  • Night hiking activity. Not recommended for children under 6 years old, or for people with physical difficulties.
